This gentleman approached our table during the dancing and politely, but persistently, asked Emma to dance. Despite having declined when I suggested that she and Boris go dancing when the music was just starting, she accepted, and ended up with two bead necklaces as a reward.

It was a very New Orleans experience. I was quite amused, especially when Emma and Boris decided to go dancing after all.
