This is a 4 second exposure at f/5.6 and ISO400, or what you can obtain with a compact digital camera or consumer film; compare to the shot at 1/8s black square to see what it would be at a shutter speed stable without a tripod, or the ISO3200 tripod-mounted shot to see that you can do this in only half a second by increasing the sensor sensitivity.
