This shot was taken after 10pm with no tripod and no flash, not during the day, with a flash, or with a floodlight, as it might appear at first glance. This is the same photograph as displayed here, taken at 1/8s, f/5.6, ISO3200, but with level adjustment done in The Gimp afterwards.
