I really need to be more conscientious about testing links when I post. The problem was actually that it was missing the leading quote (the trailing one was supposed to be there).

If you right-click and "copy link location" (something similar under IE) then paste it into your address bar, delete all the characters after the word "flash" and hit enter, it will work.

Or, Zed can fix the link by removing the trailing " character.
