I think we have to keep things simple in order to have a clear picture of this problem. Recently many countries introduced the smoking ban mostly for public places. I am a smoker and this new rule seems fair enough, people have the right to fresh air and we shouldn't deny them this right. Plus, smoking ban should be an alarm signal for smokers for quiting.

What are the smokers right exactly? For sure they don't have the right to affect others peoples health, and I think this is the main point here. I don't know anti smoking campaign is spam, I don't have enough arguments to believe so. By the way, I am a smoker.

The butterfly

Alas, I am not really competent to comment on the butterfly itself. The habitat is a warm and muggy nature preserve with a stream and waterfalls running throughout, with either a sandy or a muddy bottom, and forest in the surrounding area. You can see more of the environment by looking at the other pictures in this set.

If you have specific questions, I can try to answer them.

and after looking at my maxtor 40 gb i realized there was 2 stickers and i took one off and it was relabled with a newer manufacture date like wtf.

i bought a 40 gb western digital but i went to get a os install and they stole my WD and put in a maxtor like wtf and the 1 year later the maxtor just wont stay on and the fan i use to cool the peices of shit moves the power cable and then the drive turns off and it is the same with my 15gb and that one has no fan and i turns off just be stepping to close to it.

ps MAXTOR SUCKS

I have used 20 Maxtor 160G IDE drives for my biz.
For 3 years, I did RMAs about 15 times.
All kinds of problems like cliking. LED always on. can't find hdd. need format error messages. can't read block. you name it.
Every month I was RMA thing via maxtor.com

I have another 10 Western Digital 160G IDE.
No problem AT ALL for 3 years so far.

Recently I saw Seagate got Maxtor. WTF, Seagate got nut?

If you buy Maxtor for any reason. You're IDIOT. Period.
You'll lose data for sure sooner of later.

If you read the opinion, particularly pgs. 5 and 6, you'll see that the whole situation involved force and coercion, and there was not really consent in the first place, because 'forced consent' is not consent.

From the opinion:

After Jewel acquiesced to the boys’ insistence that they stay

removing her jeans and Mike sitting on her chest, attempting to
place his penis in her mouth. After she told them to stop, the
pair moved her around so that her body was up in appellant’s lap as

tried to insert his penis in the complainant’s vagina, appellant
inserted his fingers in her vagina. After appellant exited the

The song has been around for a bit. I first heard it in 2001, and have yet until now found where to download it. The friend who let me listen to it is long since moved on. Its great, for any of us gamers who know people who play mages. One of the best DnD songs or sound peices I have heard to date, I hear there are a couple other good ones. The others tend to be.... well annoying after a while. "I cast magic missle on the darkness!" and "If there are girls there I want to dooo themmm!" have been used way way way too often.

The Logitech Quickcam pro 5000 has a flip-over lens cap, one of the reasons I purchased it. Not sure about the others though.

I agree with you, but to answer your question about whether the boy was impaired, he was. The opinion states that the boys had smoked pot. Another thing to point out in this case is that yes the boy was 16, but the girl was 18. In addition to being older than the boys, the girl made a choice to go with these boys. There was another girl with these three who decided not to continue hanging out with them when they went for a ride.

In regards to some comments that this case provides that women can not withdraw consent after penetration. That is incorrect. Of course a woman can withdraw consent and a man should comply. The question is what is the crime if he doesn't? I personally think it is wrong to place this type of activity in the same criminal category as a situation wherein there was never consent. Obviously when there is never consent, the perpetrator has intent to rape, this is not always so in these "post-penetration" cases. The 16 year old boy in this case clearly made a decision to not rape. I feel for him and his family. I think that women need to take some responsibility for their actions as well. This girl was an adult, she knew what was going on. She even gave the boy her phone number and hugged them goodbye when she dropped them off. As for the examples someone else gave about a women who consented then found out that the partner had a disease, shouldn't that be discussed prior to consenting to sex.

As a woman, I agree with the views in the Battle case. If I consent to sex then want him to stop and he doesn't, that is a crime, but it is not the same crime as if I had never consented. The harm is not the same.
